BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS Thank you for choosing to book with The Priory hotel. We look forward to welcoming you. BOOKING . The management reserves the right to change your room with out prior notice All rooms are subject to availability. Rooms overlooking the gardens, or on the first floor or with a bath instead of a shower are on a 'first come first served basis'. Whilst we endeavour to fullfill all our customers requests, circumstances beyond our control sometimes mean we cannot guarantee a room. At time of booking there may be sever or upload faults which may result in rooms being displayed that are not available. When these occasions arise, the management reserves the right to offer an alternative room. No exact room is guaranteed. Strictly no single Saturday night only bookings. A credit card number will secure your booking. All reservations must be confirmed by telephone at least 48 hours before booking arrival date. A credit card number will secure your booking. PRICES . Prices are per room and not per person. All prices are inclusive of breakfast unless stated. Occasionally The Priory Hotel advertises with other organizations and tourist related publications. There is no guarantee that these publications advertise accurately and The Priory Hotel cannot accept liability of any kind arising from such publications and web sites. Prices are believed to be correct at the time of publishing however The Priory Hotel cannot accept liability of any kind for mistakes, errors and omissions of the part of the Priory Hotel misleading prices. Discounts will only given on parties of 20 people or more. All room rates are subject to change. Room rates may rise at Bank Holidays, Easter, and all Race Meetings. SPECIAL OFFER BREAKS . Special breaks are subject to availability and never offered on ; . 1 Friday and Saturdays nights 2. Bank Holiday Weekends. 3 .Race Meetings. 4 .St Nicholas fare or Viking Festival. 5. Graduation. PAYMENTS . We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept cheques except by 3 weeks in advance payment. . We do not accept cheques over the cheque guarantee limit. No cheque will be accepted without cheque guarantee card. CANCELLATIONS We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We would attempt to offer you alternative accommodation, however if this was not possible, or unacceptable to you, then we would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend beyond this refund. CHILDREN UP TO AGE OF 14 We do accept children up to the age of 14 . No children under the age of 14 are allowed in separate bedrooms on their own. Children must be supervised at all times, no child must be left unsupervised. DOGS . We do accept dogs but only by prior arrangement and subject to certain conditions. L10 per dog this is only for staying in the room and does not include food or bedding
DISCLAIMER DAMAGES Please take care with our accommodation. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant, and we may make an additional charge if you did not report this.
